How many calories to consume to ENSURE weight loss?

This is the most IMPORTANT part of weight loss. No matter how much ''healthy food'' you eat you will NOT lose weight unless your are in a calorie deficit. I suggest downloading a calorie tracking app like ''fatsercet'' or ''myfitnesspal'' & invest in a food scale.

Easy way to figure out how many calories to consume to lose weight is multiplying your body weight by 12. EX: 126lb x 12 = 1,512
